Tim Worthy has been working in the transmission business since 1972. He began working in his father's shop in Kansas City. For the last 18 years, he has been working at his shop in Olathe.

Tim’s father started building transmissions in 1967. Tim owns the building in which his family-owned business operates. He runs the business with the help of his three sons, Nick, Tim II, and Marcus.

Tim Worthy's Transmission Repair LLC, established in 1967, is a trusted automotive repair shop located in Wellsville, KS, offering complete repair services for all makes and models. We specialize in transmissions, transfer cases, differentials, engines, brakes, coolant systems, turbochargers, superchargers, fuel systems, exhaust repairs, welding, and custom race work.
